Healthy Breakfast

since I can’t seem to find a good muesli in the US (or one that will ship to the US), I’ve finally made some of my own. dried papaya, rolled oats, red raisins, dried raspberries, dried dates, dried coconut, blanched almonds, puffed rice, spelt, whey, flax, chia seeds, and (extra) barley. served alongside a Chobani French Vanilla Greek yogurt. to my health (and the ultimate satisfaction of my tastebuds)!
