Saturday with Ginny & Kevin

today, I met with my friends, Ginny and Kevin, and we headed to Saugatuk, MI for a day of food, wine, and shopping. it’s a quaint little town, full of little shops and and a sort of water-front charm that Grand Rapids can’t match.

we began our day with lunch and fresh fruit & sugar cane juices at Lucy’s Little Kitchen.

after we had full bellies, we began a tour of the town’s wine-tasting rooms, which includes both Fenn Valley and Tabor Hill. we also did a sauce and jam/preserves tasting at American Spoon.

we exhausted the shopping limits in the boys pretty quickly and stopped for a coffee break at Uncommon Grounds. very yum!
